“Children with neurodiversities sometimes speak in whispers. The trick is to listen- to be open and receptive and you will see or feel the being.. beneath their exterior"
What to expect:
For children with neurodiversity, a calm, tranquil, and safe environment is vital to their learning and well-being.
Our children often process sensory information differently and may be more sensitive to overstimulation in school settings.

Welcome inside our Calm Space
Belinda’s space offers a serene and supportive setting to help minimise sensory overload and stress. The child centred space allows kids to take a deep breath, to ground themselves, which in turn, allows them to engage more fully, and express themselves without fear of judgment.
When children feel secure and understood, they are more likely to discover their unique strengths and talents.
Belinda has created this space.

Each session is as Unique as your child
There will be something different each session to welcome and engage your child from that point. The arms of the seasonal Manchurian Pear tree will also welcome you. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the tranquil courtyard or stroll to the nearby café.

The space belongs to the children..
They may choose to work in various places – most are drawn to the Storytime chair. Everything in this space is OK.
When it comes to enhancing mood and emotional well-being, research indicates that listening to 432 Hz music can have a profound impact. You will hear this gently played in the background. By immersing children in the soothing sounds of 432 Hz music, they can experience a gentle shift in their emotional state, finding relief from stress and tension.
Come and see how this space can work for your child.

A tribute to Billy
-
Thank you Billy for showing us all, the meaning of unconditional love; for all the tail wags, for leaning on us while we learn, for eating our treats and meeting us at the gate.
Billy has been my best friend through the hardest of years, my unwavering companion through dark days and my excitable playmate on bright days. Thank you for giving me the nudge I needed, Bill. This next chapter is in memory of you. Xxx
